About the Role
The position involves analyzing business needs and data to enhance processes, define requirements, and support decision-making across stakeholders. This role is crucial for driving process improvements and ensuring alignment among teams with a focus on delivering actionable insights from business data.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
• Experience in gathering and documenting requirements.
• Knowledge of process improvement and KPI design.
• Proficiency with SQL and data visualization tools (such as Tableau or Power BI).
• Experience in process mapping (BPMN).
• Familiarity with requirements tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Strong stakeholder management and clear communication skills.
• Demonstrated analytical thinking and attention to detail.

Compensation

• SAR 0 - SAR 14,000 monthly.
