The Business Development Associate will drive growth and market expansion across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). Based in our regional offices, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, researching, and qualifying high-value opportunities across critical sectors, including Land, Aviation, Healthcare, Data Centers, and Logistics. In this role, you will act as the engine of our business development team—translating complex market data into actionable insights, crafting compelling pitch materials, and managing key stakeholder relationships. The ideal candidate is an agile professional who excels at cross-functional coordination, thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment, and is eager to support the localization and expansion goals aligned with KSA’s Vision 2030. Your responsibilities include conducting comprehensive market research to identify expansion opportunities within core target sectors, delivering actionable insights through detailed market scans and macroeconomic trend analyses, and creating high-impact content for commercial proposals. You will also support complex bidding processes, maintain business development tracking systems, develop stakeholder maps, and coordinate cross-functional data inputs. Requirements for this position include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field, along with 2–4 years of experience in business development or a similar role, preferably within the GCC or KSA market. Familiarity with at least two of the target industries is desirable, as well as a solid understanding of the KSA business landscape. The ideal candidate should demonstrate agility in a fast-paced environment, possess advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel, and have exceptional communication skills in English, with bilingual proficiency in Arabic being an advantage. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for pulling together data from multiple units under tight deadlines.
