Business Development Executive

Location: Dubai, UAE | Hybrid (2–3 days in office)

About the Role
We are looking for a commercially driven Business Development Executive to generate, manage, and close B2B opportunities for digital solutions including websites, e-commerce platforms, web applications, and related services. You will manage the sales journey from discovery and requirement gathering through proposal, negotiation, and closing, working closely with the Head of Sales and technical/delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of UAE, KSA, and GCC opportunities.
• Conduct client discovery calls and understand business needs, budgets, timelines, and decision-making processes.
• Prepare tailored proposals, solution approaches, scopes, timelines, and pricing inputs.
• Present proposals, handle objections, negotiate, and close deals.
• Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to validate solutions and commitments.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up consistently.
• Ensure a smooth handover of won projects to the delivery team.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in business development, consultative sales, account management, or pre-sales, preferably in digital, technology, software, web, or creative services.
• Proven experience in personally progressing and closing B2B deals.
• Excellent communication and proposal-writing skills.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills with a proactive, target-oriented approach.
• UAE/GCC sales experience is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel to KSA/GCC when required.
• Arabic is an advantage but not mandatory.

AI Skills

• Comfortable using ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI tools for research, proposal preparation, RFP analysis, and sales follow-ups.
• Able to use AI effectively while applying sound judgement and validating outputs.

Salary: 5000 - 8000 AED Per month
