Business Development Executive – Cloud & AI

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive – Cloud & AI to join a growing international technology environment in Dubai. The role is suited to a junior professional who combines a technical education with strong communication and commercial interests. You will help expand customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and support the introduction of cloud and AI solutions to prospective clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential customers, partners, and new business opportunities.
• Support outreach and engagement with prospective clients.
• Understand customer needs and identify relevant cloud and AI solutions.
• Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and client-facing materials.
• Participate in customer meetings and commercial discussions.
• Build familiarity with cloud services, AI technologies and MaaS (Model as a Service).
• Coordinate with technical teams to help translate customer requirements into appropriate solutions.
• Track opportunities and maintain accurate customer and pipeline information.
• Follow developments in the cloud, AI, and broader technology services market.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical discipline.
• 1–3 years of professional experience, preferably in technology, SaaS, cloud, AI, IT solutions, or business development.
• Basic understanding of AI, cloud computing, or cloud-based services.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable engaging with customers and learning technical products.
• Proactive, commercially minded, and interested in technology-driven business development.
