Position

Our Business Development teams play a critical role in expanding the company's presence across the global market. As a Business Development Executive, you will strategically acquire new clients by cultivating trust-based relationships with C-level executives to understand their mission-critical priorities and uncover opportunities to deliver client value. You will own and drive the full sales cycle, from identifying prospects to closure, and then transition new clients to the account management team for ongoing value delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Seeking out and driving new business opportunities with new-to-the company organizations across your territory, targeting Large Enterprise C-Level stakeholders.
  • Converting viable prospects into active the company clients, managing the full sales conversation and negotiation.
  • Aligning the right combination of insight, guidance, and practical tools to create value for clients.
  • Continually building a pipeline of high-quality opportunities to meet sales metrics and quota responsibilities for your territory.
  • Managing complex high-revenue sales across diverse business environments and forecasting on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably within complex sales environments.
  • Experience in business development or new client acquisition is highly desired.
  • Proven ability to influence and sell to C-level executives.
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and managing a complex sales process.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
