Position

Our Business Development teams play a critical role in expanding the company's presence across the global market. Business Development Executives strategically acquire new clients by cultivating trust-based relationships with C-level executives to understand their mission-critical priorities, and uncovering opportunities to deliver client value within their industry. Business Developers own and drive the full sales cycle, from identifying prospects to closing deals. Once a new client is secured, they transition them to the account management team for ongoing value delivery. The role focuses on building trust-based, value-add relationships and delivering long-term client value.

Business Developers are assigned a territory of Large Enterprise prospects, targeting organizations with significant annual revenues (greater than $1 billion for End-User clients and greater than $500 million for Technology Vendor clients). Responsibilities include seeking new business opportunities, managing the entire sales conversation and negotiation process, aligning insights to enhance partnership value, and ensuring sales metrics are met.

What You Will Need:

  • 5+ years’ B2B sales experience, preferably in complex, intangible sales environments.
  • Experience in business development or client acquisition is highly desired.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in selling to or influencing C-level executives.
  • Ability to manage and forecast a complex sales process.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
