Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in fleet management, vehicle tracking, and telematics solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with car rental companies, vehicle leasing providers, corporate fleet operators, and government or semi-government entities.
- Promote tracking and telematics solutions aligned with customer needs and applicable UAE regulatory requirements.
- Develop business opportunities related to government-regulated tracking programmes, including SIRA, DoT, and relevant emirate-specific requirements.
- Prepare sales proposals, deliver presentations, negotiate commercial terms, and convert opportunities into business.
- Monitor market trends, identify growth opportunities, and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are understood and solutions are delivered effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or a related field; an MBA is an advantage.
- 2–3 years of business development or sales experience in fleet telematics, GPS/vehicle tracking, fleet management, transportation technology, mobility platforms, or IoT solutions.
- Proven experience selling to car rental companies, leasing providers, corporate fleet operators, or similar business customers.
- Understanding of UAE regulatory tracking programmes, fleet compliance requirements, and relevant government frameworks.
- Experience engaging with government or semi-government entities and smart mobility projects is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license.
