Our Business Development teams play a critical role in expanding the company's presence across the global market. As a Business Development Executive, you will strategically acquire new clients by cultivating trust-based relationships with C-level executives to understand their mission-critical priorities and uncover opportunities to deliver client value.

Business Development Executives drive the full sales cycle, from identifying prospects to closing and transitioning new accounts to the account management team. You will be given a territory of Large Enterprise prospects, which may include completely new prospects with no existing spend or clients within other the company's areas. The clients of the Large Enterprise sales teams have up to $1 billion in annual revenue.

What You Will Do:

  • Seek out and drive new business opportunities with new-to-the-company organizations across your territory, targeting Large Enterprise C-Level stakeholders.
  • Convert viable prospects into active the company's clients, owning the full sales conversation and negotiation.
  • Align the right combination of insight, guidance, and practical tools to bring value to the partnership.
  • Continuously build a pipeline of high-quality opportunities to meet sales metrics and ensure quotas are met.
  • Manage complex high-revenue sales across diverse business environments.
  • Own forecasting and account planning on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

What You Will Need:

  • 5+ years’ B2B sales experience, preferably within complex, intangible sales environments.
  • Experience in business development or new client acquisition in a selling role is highly desired.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience selling to and/or influencing C-level executives.
  • Ability to precisely manage and forecast complex sales processes.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree — desired.
