We are seeking a Business Development Expert who will work closely with senior leaders to source new clients and generate new revenue. This role primarily involves hunting, closing, and activating large customers in the MENA region.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue for Mozn by owning the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through to close and activation.
  • Develop strategies for hunting, product demonstration, and closing opportunities with stakeholders to meet quarterly and annual goals.
  • Provide consultative selling by analyzing customer needs, advising customers, and building long-standing relationships.
  • Establish credibility and respect as a thought leader in Digital Transformation, Digital Identity, Compliance, Fraud, and Credit Risk.
  • Focus on results, pipeline generation, revenue, and forecast accuracy, leading and inspiring others within your ecosystem.
  • Navigate relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including C-suite executives and cross-functional partners.
  • Collaborate with presales, product, and engineering teams to incorporate customer feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration with a strong IT background, or an engineering degree (IT, telecoms, general).
  • 5 years of experience in quota-carrying direct Enterprise or SaaS sales in a full cycle closing role, with strong prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing skills.
  • 3 years of experience in the GCC markets.
  • Proven experience closing multiple deals per quarter, with an average ACV of +$100K.
  • Ability to discuss product value propositions with C-level executives, compliance & risk teams, and decision makers.
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience participating in RFPs in collaboration with bid and pre-sales teams.
  • High adaptability and understanding of the changes driven by startup evolution.
  • Excellent bilingual verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-driven, proactive, detail-oriented multitasker with a desire to make a difference.
