Responsibilities

  • Initiate and manage consultative sales activities within a selected industry vertical of expertise.
  • Start and manage strategic business relationships with top-level authorities within the Kingdom.
  • Guide on the development of policies, procedures, frameworks, and methodologies.
  • Provide world-class expertise to the company on a given domain and ICT innovation.
  • Liaise with vendors to develop strategic partnerships.
  • Identify, analyze, and pursue market opportunities related to smart cities and ICT/Digitization, as well as emerging trends.
  • Advise government and corporate sales by tailoring the company bids to clients’ needs.
  • Identify and qualify top governmental and corporate challenges for the company and propose solutions to convert them into opportunities.
  • Detect and realize market openings and leads, including smart cities, and hand over to Key Accounts after reaching maturity.
  • Strategically engage with other departments during the business development cycle until deal closure.
  • Provide input and market feedback to develop new ICT/Digitization concepts and value propositions.
  • Coordinate with other departments, especially Strategy Management, to stay updated on the company’s strategic direction.
  • Support “Business Development & Innovation” in due diligence exercises by providing necessary inputs for business cases.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or customer service roles in the technology/telecommunication industry.
  • Expert proficiency in business acumen and relationship building.
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation and satisfaction.
  • Sound comprehension of strategy development and implementation.
  • Expert proficiency in the company’s products/services, sales planning, and process.
  • Expert proficiency in recognizing needs and targeting customers.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant majors; Master’s Degree is preferred.
  • Additional certifications in relevant fields are a plus.
