Responsibilities
- Regional Business Expansion: Establish a sustainable sales pipeline and expand the company’s presence across the GCC (KSA, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain) and Levant regions.
- Strategic Account Acquisition: Drive "new logo" adoption across MENA through consultative selling, maintaining high-level customer relationships to grow the existing client base.
- End-to-End Sales Ownership: Execute Go-to-Market strategies and lead the full customer journey—from proactive demand generation to contract closure—ensuring consistent revenue growth.
- Lifecycle & Adoption Management: Oversee smooth customer onboarding and drive the full adoption of solutions to maximize usage, customer satisfaction, and long-term referrals.
- Performance Reporting & Forecasting: Deliver accurate business activity reports and sales forecasts to ensure alignment with regional growth targets and internal product milestones.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Education & Experience: Completed Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of B2B business development experience.
- Strategic Selling: Exceptional problem-solver with a proven track record of developing early-stage markets and managing complex client relationships.
- Communication & Influence: Strong organizational skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders on complex business and technology topics.
- Mindset: Agile, entrepreneurial, and result-oriented with a genuine enthusiasm for learning in the fast-moving AI industry.
- Language Proficiency: Mandarin or Arabic business proficiency is required. Mandarin is essential for collaboration with China-based product and R&D teams; Arabic is required for effective communication with local business stakeholders in the MEA region.
Preferred Qualifications
- A computer science or engineering equivalent background preferred, strong business acumen with MBA a plus.
- Experience in industries such as Telco, digital marketing, cloud computing, or AI/ML; experience as a key account sales or solution sales a plus.
- Rich resources and relationships with regional customers and partners with proven track records; a deep understanding of emerging sectors such as gaming, eCommerce, and media.
- Experience in AI content generation and agentic solutions a plus.
- Experience or a background in consulting will be beneficial for this role.
