Business Development Manager

As a key player in expanding our business, you will contribute to defining potential new ventures that HS could pursue. Your responsibilities will include developing business cases and enhancement strategies for currently launched new ventures, conducting market research on similar programs at company entities or competing platforms, and identifying untapped user segments. You will develop financial performance reports and analysis, report on performance for leadership while providing insights, and create clear plans to achieve OKRs and targets. Additionally, you will monitor business performance and propose improvements supported by analysis while developing comprehensive "Go to market" plans in collaboration with functions such as Finance, Product, Sales, Marketing, fintech, operations, and partnerships. Qualifications for this position include 4 years of work experience in a tech company, management consulting, Financial Planning & Analysis, or a strategic management role. Project management experience is crucial, particularly in leading cross-functional teams. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Google tools are required, with preferable experience in SQL and Tableau. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is necessary, while PMP certification and data/SQL certifications are preferred.
