The purpose of this position is to lead and drive growth within the UAE Business across a range of sectors including but not limited to, emergency services, defence, mobility, advisory, aviation, and citizen services sector. This role is critical in understanding our market, building partnerships, delivering tailored solutions, and aligning our offerings with the strategic priorities of the UAE.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market analysis to understand addressable market, opportunities, and clients to target.
  • Generate new business and organic growth opportunities within UAE.
  • Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships within the UAE market that can support our growth ambitions.
  • Work with Business Units to lead shaping and designing new market-facing value propositions.
  • Support with the development of new products and service offerings, as well as strengthening existing USPs.
  • Drive business growth by identifying, developing, and closing profitable opportunities in the UAE, ensuring revenue and profit targets are achieved.
  • Lead market analysis, track trends, and develop innovative strategies (partnerships, JVs, new models) to position the company competitively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to design, package, and deliver compelling market propositions with clear ROI.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development or solutions management in the region, preferably within the UAE.
  • Proven experience in the Middle East market, particularly in UAE.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic (preferred).
  • Knowledge of UAE market with a network within the UAE that will support growth ambitions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
