As part of this mission, we are searching for a Riyadh-based Business Development Manager to join our Sales team to drive strategic growth across the MEA region. The Business Development Manager will lead aggressive new business development for high-value enterprise deals and the strategic retention of our most critical existing accounts, leveraging deep healthcare expertise and senior leadership relationships to identify, pursue, and close complex, large-scale agreements.

How You'll Spend Your Time
- Lead high-value acquisitions and "Big Ticket" deals to drive complex tenders and long-cycle negotiations that significantly grow revenue, while identifying strategic opportunities, partnerships, and target clients that align with our MEA growth plans.
- Cultivate strong relationships with senior executives, Ministry officials, and key decision-makers to position us as a strategic partner rather than a vendor, preparing compelling proposals and presentations, and proactively securing renewals to ensure zero attrition across strategic accounts.
- Own the sales target for designated clients and manage a robust Salesforce pipeline to exceed bookings and revenue goals across new business and existing accounts, developing and implementing strategic sales plans that expand the MEA client base and maximize profitability.
- Lead complex, high-stakes negotiations and collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Contract Management teams to structure, finalize, and execute favorable multi-year agreements and custom SLA arrangements.
- Develop upselling and cross-selling strategies to drive revenue growth, maximize the lifetime value of existing accounts, and protect retention across critical accounts while achieving agreed bookings and revenue plans.
- Participate in events, conferences, and face-to-face client meetings across the GCC and MEA region to enhance visibility, build strategic networks, and deliver persuasive presentations that establish us as a leader in healthcare technology.
- Manage and maintain a robust Salesforce pipeline to provide accurate forecasts, pipeline reports, and sales metrics, collaborating with executive leadership to align account strategies and regional growth plans.
What Kind of Things We're Most Interested in You Having
- 5+ years of proven experience in a Business Development or Sales role within Healthcare Technology, with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field (MBA a plus).
- Established relationships with senior executives, C-level leaders, Ministry officials, and key decision-makers across the MEA healthcare field.
- Proven success in closing high-value, strategic enterprise deals and in Key Account Management with a focus on high retention rates.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare and how to navigate complex procurement cycles and legal contracting processes, with expert Salesforce experience for pipeline management and reporting.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with confidence presenting to senior-level audiences.
- Ability to travel 70 to 80% of the time within the GCC and MEA region to facilitate face-to-face meetings and deal closures.
- Sincere interest in making a positive change in healthcare, supported by an established network of senior executive relationships across the MEA healthcare field.
- A knack for working strategically and collaboratively, with excellent Arabic and English proficiency and the confidence to present to senior-level audiences.
