Business Development Manager, Amazon Fuse MEA

The company is seeking a dynamic Manager of Business Development for the Middle East & Africa (MEA) region, particularly focusing on Turkey and Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for securing new distribution partnerships and managing existing ones for our consumer subscriptions business across MEA. The role combines business development and account management, with responsibilities including:

• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop country-specific business strategies.
• Managing existing partner accounts and cultivating senior executive relationships.
• Sourcing and negotiating complex partnership agreements.
• Leading internal approval procedures and due diligence for partnership deals.
• Coordinating with other the company business development teams to leverage relationships and present a unified vision to partners.

Location: Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience in Go-To-Market strategies, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting.
• Proven ability to develop influential strategies at the organizational level.
• Experience in managing programs across cross-functional teams and coordinating processes.
• Strong influencing skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in negotiating and executing corporate or business transactions.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in identifying and negotiating complex legal agreements.
• Fluency in Arabic (speak, write, read).
• Fluency in Turkish (speak, write, read).
