This is a full-time position in the company's payment platform located in our Dubai office. It requires close collaboration with the company's payment business leaders, Worldwide Developer Relations, product marketing, and engineering product teams to shape adoption strategies that impact core business performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain strong relationships across the e-commerce value chain.
- Collaborate with partners to promote the adoption of the company's payment platform within their platforms.
- Influence and drive the integration of the company's payment platform features in merchant applications and websites.
- Navigate and manage inherent risks such as fraud and acceptance costs, and issues like low conversion rates.
- Lead discussions focused on SDK feature enablement with technical teams.
- Identify and address technical or systemic complexities to enhance partners' adoption of new technology.
- Drive strategic initiatives that support account growth and deliver against key business metrics.
Minimum Qualifications
- Deep experience across online payments, particularly in promoting payment product adoption with various online merchant segments, PSPs, payment schemes, and processors.
- Proven expertise as a business developer and account manager, capable of advising both technical and non-technical partner stakeholders.
- Experience guiding strategic partners through technical and commercial considerations for adoption and implementation decisions.
- Proven track record of success in driving high-impact adoption and account growth outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
- Willingness to travel regionally.
