Business Development Manager

We are looking for a hardworking individual to fill the role of Business Development Manager, focusing on B2B sales within the fin-tech industry. In this position, you will work closely with both local teams to execute essential initiatives and international counterparts on multi-market campaigns, making a positive impact on the industry.

What You'll Do:

• Understand and gain insight into the fin-tech ecosystem in MENA through data and analytics analysis.
• Create, own, and execute a strategic approach for partnerships to unlock and elevate each relationship.
• Achieve quarterly GMV and target merchant numbers.
• Develop persuasive partnership presentations using insights, market trends, and case studies.
• Build and maintain outstanding partnerships across the services industry while advocating for the company’s interests within the creator community.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to fulfill strategic company goals, working closely with the sales department and stock directory.
• Organize virtual and live conferences, and participate in relevant events and conferences.

Requirements:

• Several years of experience in fin-tech industry relations within an established internet sector, especially in the region.
• High proficiency in both written and spoken English; knowledge of Arabic is preferred.
• Proven experience in fin-tech marketing and operations, with a solid understanding of the internet industry.
• Strong knowledge of internet technology and digital marketing techniques with skills in data analysis for goal setting.
• Highly organized and dedicated, capable of meeting tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience working with both local Middle Eastern and global teams.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, a high emotional quotient (EQ), and the ability to foster and manage strong relationships.
• A positive, humble attitude complemented by a collaborative mindset.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 4+ years of experience in sales, marketing, and fin-tech.
