As a Business Development Manager, you will serve as a trusted adviser to Partners and Distributors, developing mutually beneficial relationships aligned with the company's business priorities. You will be responsible for articulating both global and local business strategies to effectively engage with Partners, creating a scalable selling ecosystem. This includes developing an understanding of Partner priorities, industry trends, and the company's technologies to differentiate the company from competitors. You will coordinate and execute various activities with Partners, leveraging specialists as needed to enhance marketing strategies and client engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to Partners, guiding them in capitalizing on emerging trends within their ecosystem in alignment with the company's priorities.
  • Drive end-to-end revenue, profitability, and pipeline by creating joint business plans with Partners.
  • Articulate the company's strategies to create effective selling methods and contribute to a scalable ecosystem.
  • Maintain and communicate thorough knowledge of Partner priorities and industry trends.
  • Build executive-level relationships to enhance the company's market share.
  • Coordinate activities with Partners, including sales cadence, education, marketing, and business planning.
  • Tailor selling solutions according to customer profiles to meet quotas and drive sales.
  • Recruit and cultivate relationships with new Partners, enhancing their commitment to the company.
  • Monitor Partner sales efforts to assist in pipeline development.
  • Ensure Partners comply with the company's SBC requirements and legal obligations.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Preferred university or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.
  • Ideally 6-10+ years of experience in sales at end-user account or partner level.
  • Experience selling to partners in complex environments.

Knowledge and Skills:
