About the Role
The Business Development Manager expands market presence across the UAE by building professional relationships, identifying business opportunities early, and developing strategic partnerships. This is a relationship-led, consultative business development role focused on the commercial real estate, workplace, office fit-out, and construction communities: the individuals who are privy to office relocations, refurbishments, and new projects prior to tender announcements. The Business Development Manager generates and qualifies opportunities, subsequently handing them over to the Projects Account Manager for proposal and closure, while maintaining involvement in the relationship throughout the process.
