Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and the wider GCC region. The ideal candidate is a proven sales leader with expertise in enterprise IT services, cybersecurity solutions, cloud transformation, ERP systems, and managed services.

With Saudi Vision 2030 driving large-scale digital transformation, this role offers the opportunity to work directly with enterprise and government clients, technology partners, distributors, and system integrators to design and deliver innovative solutions that align with the Kingdom’s national objectives. This position requires strong C-level engagement and a successful track record in leading complex sales cycles and closing high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy for IT, Cybersecurity, Cloud, ERP, and Managed Services in line with Saudi Vision 2030 initiatives.
  • Build and manage relationships with key partners (AWS, Microsoft, VMware, Snowflake, distributors, resellers) to expand joint business opportunities in KSA.
  • Identify, pursue, and close strategic opportunities with enterprise and government organizations, particularly those engaged in national digital transformation projects.
  • Establish and maintain trusted relationships with CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, and senior government and enterprise executives.
  • Collaborate with solution architects, pre-sales, and delivery teams to craft winning proposals and RFP responses tailored to KSA market needs.
  • Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Represent VaporVM at partner events, industry forums, government-led digital transformation programs, and networking opportunities in KSA.
  • Monitor market trends, government initiatives, partner programs, and competitive landscapes to ensure effective positioning of VaporVM in the Saudi market.

Requirements:

  • 8–12 years of experience in Business Development / Sales within IT Services.
  • Proven track record in selling Cybersecurity, Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), ERP, and Managed IT Solutions in the KSA/GCC region.
  • Strong experience working with partners, distributors, and system integrators to co-sell and drive joint business growth.
  • Established network of enterprise and government clients in KSA with experience engaging in large-scale public and private sector projects.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Arabic (preferred).
  • Ability to lead the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closure.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related discipline.
