Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy for IT, Cybersecurity, Cloud, ERP, and Managed Services.
- Build and manage relationships with key partners (AWS, Microsoft, VMware, Snowflake, distributors, resellers) to expand business opportunities.
- Identify, pursue, and close new business deals with enterprise and government organizations.
- Maintain trusted relationships with CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, and senior executives.
- Work closely with solution architects, pre-sales, and delivery teams to prepare winning proposals and RFP responses.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue targets.
- Represent the company at partner events, industry forums, and networking opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, partner programs, and competitive landscapes to position the company effectively.
Requirements:
- 8–12 years of experience in Business Development / Sales within IT Services.
- Proven track record in selling Cybersecurity, Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), ERP, and Managed IT Solutions in the UAE/GCC region.
- Direct experience working with partners, distributors, and system integrators to co-sell and drive joint business growth.
- Strong industry network of enterprise and government clients in the region.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related discipline.
