Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive our growth across the UAE and GCC markets. The ideal candidate is a proven sales leader with expertise in selling enterprise IT services, cybersecurity solutions, cloud transformation, ERP systems, and managed services. This role requires strong C-level engagement and a successful track record of working directly with technology partners, distributors, and system integrators to drive joint go-to-market strategies and win large-scale deals.

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy for IT, Cybersecurity, Cloud, ERP, and Managed Services.
  • Build and manage relationships with key partners (AWS, Microsoft, VMware, Snowflake, distributors, resellers) to expand business opportunities.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business deals with enterprise and government organizations.
  • Maintain trusted relationships with CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, and senior executives.
  • Work closely with solution architects, pre-sales, and delivery teams to prepare winning proposals and RFP responses.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Represent the company at partner events, industry forums, and networking opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends, partner programs, and competitive landscapes to position the company effectively.

Requirements:

  • 8–12 years of experience in Business Development / Sales within IT Services.
  • Proven track record in selling Cybersecurity, Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), ERP, and Managed IT Solutions in the UAE/GCC region.
  • Direct experience working with partners, distributors, and system integrators to co-sell and drive joint business growth.
  • Strong industry network of enterprise and government clients in the region.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closure.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related discipline.
