Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a business development strategy to grow the company’s presence in Saudi Arabia.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in:
    • Cybersecurity solutions (SOC, SIEM, MDR, IAM, etc.)
    • Managed IT Services
    • Cloud & Infrastructure services
    • IT consulting and enterprise solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, IT Directors, CISOs, and decision-makers.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and RFP responses.
  • Collaborate closely with technical, pre-sales, and delivery teams to design tailored solutions.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and reports using CRM tools.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies within the KSA IT landscape.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in IT services sales or business development.
  • Strong background in selling:
    • Cybersecurity solutions
    • Managed Services
    • Cloud & IT infrastructure services
  • Demonstrated success in closing enterprise and government sector deals in KSA.
  • Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian IT market and procurement processes.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet aggressive revenue targets.
  • Experience working with system integrators, MSPs, or IT service providers is highly preferred.
