Position

The company IT Services is seeking a Saudi National Business Development Manager to drive business growth in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, primarily focusing on enterprise, government, and semi-government clients. This role is designed for a high-performing individual who can bring in new accounts, leverage local market relationships, and position the company as a trusted IT services partner across Managed Services, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Digital Transformation initiatives aligned with Vision 2030.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Revenue Growth:

    • Generate new business opportunities independently within the KSA market.
    • Actively engage new enterprise, government, and key accounts through existing relationships and market outreach.
    • Own the full sales lifecycle: from lead generation to proposal and closure.
    • Meet and exceed assigned revenue and growth targets.
  • Client Engagement & Account Ownership:

    • Build strong relationships with C-level executives, CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, and decision-makers.
    • Understand client business challenges and align them with the company's IT service portfolio.
    • Act as a trusted advisor, not just a sales representative.
  • Solution Selling – Core Focus Areas:

    • Managed IT Services (NOC, SOC, L1–L3 Support, Infrastructure Management)
    • Cloud Services (AWS, Azure, GCP, Hybrid & Multi-Cloud)
    • Cybersecurity Services (SOC, VAPT, Managed Security, Compliance)
    • DevOps, Automation & Digital Transformation
    • Data, AI & Enterprise Applications
  • Market Intelligence & Strategic Input:

    • Develop a deep understanding of Saudi market dynamics, government procurement processes, and regulatory requirements.
    • Identify opportunities related to Vision 2030, digital transformation, and cloud adoption initiatives.
    • Provide insights to leadership on market trends, competitor positioning, and pricing strategies.
  • Sales Operations & Reporting:

    • Prepare proposals, presentations, RFP/RFQ responses, and commercial documents.
    • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasting.
    • Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful deal closure and handover.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Saudi National (mandatory requirement).
  • 5–8+ years of proven experience in IT services / technology sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to bring in new accounts and close high-value deals.
  • Strong existing network within enterprise, government, or semi-government sectors in KSA.
  • Solid understanding of Managed Services, Cloud, and Cybersecurity offerings.
  • Excellent Arabic & English communication skills (verbal and written).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling to government or Vision 2030-related programs.
  • Familiarity with Saudi procurement portals, tenders, and RFP processes.
  • Existing relationships with system integrators, partners, or large enterprises.
