We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Middle East, Africa, and Turkey (MEATR) Delivery Service Partner business in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This unique opportunity involves managing Delivery Service Partner (DSP) accounts and collaborating across various teams to innovate and transform our processes, launching new delivery programs within the AMET region.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end management of KSA Delivery Partner recruitment and vetting.
- Launching programs in partnership with internal stakeholders and reporting on key objectives affecting deliverables.
- Developing an understanding of Last Mile Delivery methods to enhance alignment with the Partner Acquisition Business Development Team.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand program needs and develop processes to meet launch timelines and challenges.
- Building influential relationships with Product, Program, Field teams, and other stakeholders to improve program execution.
- Communicating with stakeholders regarding core deliverables.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in developing program strategies, execution, and influencing senior stakeholders.
- 5+ years of cross-functional collaboration experience with both tech and non-tech teams.
- 5+ years of experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data.
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel (e.g., pivot tables, charts, data cleansing).
- Bachelor's degree.
- Fluency in Arabic (speaking, writing, and reading).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in building processes, project management, and schedules.
- Experience negotiating complex deals with customers and partners.
- History of developing and executing business agreements.
