As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will manage financial institution counterparty relationships globally and act as the main point of contact for payments, treasury, and CIO activities.

What You'll Be Doing
- Being the main point of contact for our banking partners
- Engaging with corporate coverage teams and senior managing directors
- Sourcing global partner banks and closing partnership deals
- Negotiating Nostro rates and derivative contracts (ISDA/CSAs, GMRA, triparty clearing arrangements, etc.)
- Leading due diligence sessions and liaising with internal executive-level stakeholders
- Organising QBRs and regular meetings with key partners
- Conducting P&L analysis of partner bank relationships
What You'll Need
- Experience working in financial institutions
- A proven track record for driving B2B2C/D2C partnerships and exceeding targets in more than one territory
- Negotiation experience and proven deal-making capabilities
- The ability to construct, analyse, and deliver new business lines and products
- Fluency in English with great communication and presentation skills
- Excellent business acumen and interpersonal skills
- The ability to break complex problems into smaller ones and to enjoy working with data
- Natural curiosity and a will to make an impact
- An interest in the financial industry
- Familiarity with banking risk and regulations (due diligence, financial crime and prevention, onboarding, etc.)
Nice to Have
- A background in corporate banking or working within a fintech directly with banking partners
- Experience in a startup, tech company, investment bank, or consulting firm
- Familiarity with credit facilities and debt negotiations (Review of Corporate Finance Studies, etc.)
- Knowledge of core payments
