Responsibilities

• Increase opportunity pipeline and win rate on new markets/products/customers
• Prepare the ground for better capture: acts as the prospect/customer's trusted advisor & shaper
• Explore, test & orient market; identify potential leads and successfully implement new offers

Key Deliverables

• Business plan, case and MOU/Partnership agreement/LOI/contract
• Value proposition and BD plan
• Customer Support & Services (innovation)

Skills & Experience Required

• Technical operational knowledge and understanding of BL(s) product policy
• Listening, communication & negotiating skills
• Creative thinking, business modeling, and building trust & partnership

KPIs

• OI in new markets/products/customers
• Increased pipeline of profitable opportunities
• First contract signed/established partnerships/quick wins
