Business Development Manager

The company is looking for a Business Development Manager to be part of our growing sales force for our product. The product is a meeting and collaboration solution for Boards and Senior Leadership Teams. The software has already been recognized by reputable institutions across the globe, and our client base has grown exponentially, with an extended global footprint in over 100 countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently achieve the assigned target through proactive business development and sales strategies.
• Conduct effective product demonstrations and training sessions to showcase the value of our software solutions to potential clients.
• Generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) through targeted outreach, networking, and other lead generation activities.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to deal closure.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
• Based in UAE, the candidate must be willing to travel within the Middle East region.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT software sales in the assigned region.
• Educational background in Business Management; a Computer Science background is a plus.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating leads.
• Experience in selling software to BFSI, Government, Listed Companies, and Large Enterprises.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
• Ready to join within 1-2 months' notice period.
• Willingness to travel within the GCC region.
• Excellent academic record with a minimum of 70% throughout.
• Experience in demonstrating products to potential clients, including C-Suite representatives.
