Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and scale a sustainable pipeline for the company’s innovative technology suite, specifically targeting AI startups and tech enterprises across the US market.
  • Drive 'new logo' adoption by identifying and converting growth-stage customers across GenAI workflows, agentic AI applications, and API-based creative tools.
  • Maintain key customer relationships and implement consultative strategies to expand the company’s footprint within the US SaaS and AI ecosystems.
  • Build predictable sales pipelines through outbound prospecting, developer relationships, app ecosystem communities, and strategic aggregator partnerships.
  • Lead the transition of aggregator-driven marketplace accounts into high-value direct enterprise accounts.
  • Drive regional growth from the Dubai hub while executing frequent travel to the US to engage with customers and partners on-site.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of B2B sales experience and a proven track record of managing full sales cycles and closing mid-market deals.
  • Deep familiarity with the US market landscape and SaaS ecosystem to effectively manage stakeholders and drive business growth in North America.
  • Strong understanding of GenAI workflows (image/video generation, creative automation, LLM-based applications) and developer/API ecosystems.
  • High travel readiness for frequent trips from the Dubai home office to US markets to meet with clients and stakeholders.
  • Resilient and entrepreneurial mindset with a proven ability to enter and develop early-stage markets.
  • Chinese business proficiency is required for effective communication with Chinese-funded clients and partners whose primary language is Chinese across the US regions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science or Engineering; strong business acumen with an MBA is preferred.
  • Specialized experience in Video Cloud, AI/ML, or Creative SaaS as a consultative or solution sales lead.
  • Previous experience in a management consulting role is highly beneficial.
  • Deep understanding of workflows in e-commerce content generation, advertising, or creative automation.
