About the role
We are hiring a Business Development Representative in Dubai to build a pipeline for our Account Executives. Our sales team runs well on inbound today; we are building a serious outbound muscle, and you are at the sharp end of it - calls, email, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings in the language the prospect prefers. You report to the BD Team Lead.

Be clear about what success means here. Your target is qualified meetings, but the end goal is new logos that activate and spend. Your job is bringing in revenue, not simply booking meetings that go nowhere.
We are building a very lean team. We would rather have one person doing the work of five - with the comp to match - than five people doing the work of one. That means high volume, high standards, and real coaching: your calls get reviewed, you get feedback every week, and you are expected to act on it. Top performers here have a clear path to an AE seat.
What you will do
- Book qualified meetings against a monthly target, and own the quality behind them: meetings that become new logos, activation, and revenue, not vanity numbers
- Run multi-channel outbound at volume - cold calls, email sequences, LinkedIn, in-person meetings - and keep going when the tenth call says no
- Respond to inbound leads within minutes, not hours, and qualify them hard against our ideal customer profile
- Research target accounts and personalize outreach so it lands with founders and finance teams, not in spam
- Log every touch in HubSpot and hand each meeting to the AE with sharp notes on the prospect's situation and pain
- Test messaging with Marketing and improve sequences based on what actually gets replies, not what sounds nice
What we are looking for
Must have
- 1+ year in an SDR, BDR, inside sales or other target-driven, customer-facing role, with a target you hit. Exceptional graduates who can prove the drive are also considered
- Comfort with high-volume cold calling and handling rejection without losing energy - you reload, and keep going
- Excellent spoken and written English, with clear, persuasive writing for short outreach messages
- Organized, consistent habits: you work your list every day, track everything, and own your number without being chased
- Genuine curiosity about how businesses manage their money
Nice to have
- Languages on top of English: Arabic, Hindi/Urdu, Tagalog, Russian or any other widely spoken language in the UAE
- Prospecting experience in the UAE or wider MENA market
- HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools
- Clay and data enrichment tools (FullEnrich and others), and knowing how to use AI the right way: not to blast fluffy automated outbound, but to craft and sharpen your own human-written messages
- Exposure to B2B SaaS, fintech or payments
- Ambition to earn an Account Executive seat - we promote from within
