Responsibilities:

  • Strategically build your pipeline to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Independently generate leads and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and build LocAI customer archetypes.
  • Develop and implement targeted sales strategies for different industries.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
  • Identify emerging trends and shifts in the competitive landscape.
  • Work closely with our technical teams to align sales strategies with product capabilities and developments, providing timely feedback on client needs and market trends.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics. Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of field B2B sales experience, preferably in the tech or AI industry.
  • Proven success in B2B sales, meeting or exceeding targets. Ideally in the Medical, Construction/Architecture, Legal, or Education field.
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organisation, including executive and C-level.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with Product and Tech teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Startup or scale-up experience required.
  • GCC experience required.
