Day in the Life of BDR at the company
- Own and meet target quotas related to qualified opportunities, response SLA, value of sales pipeline, and revenue.
- Develop new business opportunities from inbound and marketing-generated leads.
- Discover pain points and use cases, map them to a broad set of the company solutions, and qualify for Enterprise sales opportunities.
- Work cross-functionally with stakeholders including account executives, marketing, sales operations, and fellow BDRs.
- Report, track, and manage sales activities and results using Salesforce (SFDC).
- Play an active role in the creation and iteration of team processes.
Requirements
- Languages required: English.
- 2+ years of experience working as a BDR in a similar capacity in the technology industry in the META region; experience in SaaS is a plus.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to work both as part of a team or independently.
- Strong analytical, organization, and time management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with empathy and curiosity.
- Aptitude to learn technical concepts/terms.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Outreach and Salesforce is a plus.
