Position

About the Role
Our client is a leading live communication and brand experience agency in the GCC, delivering live events, media, and brand experiences for major corporate and government clients across the region. They are looking for an experienced, well-connected Business Development & Sales Manager to join their Riyadh team and drive commercial growth across markets and sectors.
You will find, develop, and win new business, turning client needs into lasting partnerships and tailor-made event solutions. You will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer and the wider creative team, acting as the link between client goals and creative delivery.
This role demands an established network of senior and C-Suite level contacts across private-sector companies and government entities in Riyadh. You should already have trusted relationships with decision-makers in ministries, authorities, giga-projects, and leading corporates, and be able to use these to open doors and create new opportunities from day one.
Additionally, a solid understanding of marketing strategies and current market trends is required to effectively target key decision-makers through various networking and social networking platforms.
