Business Development & Sales Specialist

About the Role / About the Job
This position involves seeking and securing new clients and contracts within both the private and public sectors across Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers, partners, and system integrators while managing the entire sales pipeline from initial contact through to closing deals. Additionally, you will support the preparation of proposals, tenders, and client presentations, contributing to the overall success of the company's expansion in the region.

Responsibilities

• Find and win new clients and contracts in the private and public sectors across KSA.
• Build relationships with decision-makers, partners, and system integrators.
• Manage the pipeline from first contact to signed deal.
• Support proposals, tenders, and client presentations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B sales or business development in IT, cloud, or digital services.
• A strong network within the Saudi market.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Compensation

• Monthly salary of up to SAR 4500.
