We're seeking a Business Development Specialist for our commercial team. As a business development specialist, you will be crucial in generating new business opportunities, managing inbound leads, and meeting with existing clients to seek out new clients on behalf of the company. Drawing on your proficiency in establishing rapport, coping with challenges, and concluding transactions, you will be responsible for setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth. You will research, plan, and implement new target market initiatives to create unique experiences only Tamara can provide. You are a driven, determined, curious team player, knowing that collective strength means we all win.

Your Responsibilities

  • Generate new business pipelines primarily through prospecting outbound opportunities.
  • Manage inbound leads that are driven by outbound effort.
  • Nurture early-stage opportunities.
  • Gain interest through outbound cold calling across a set of assigned new accounts.
  • Align with multiple internal stakeholders.
  • Identify key decision makers within new accounts.

Your Expertise

  • A bachelor's degree in business, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Long-term interest in a client-facing sales career.
  • Competitive spirit and the drive for results.
  • Coachable and enjoys learning in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail.
