Business Development Specialist

About the Role
As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for acquiring new accounts and growing existing relationships to build a sustainable client portfolio in the UAE to achieve your sales target. Your role will involve managing and growing the existing business, creating new customer relationships, and ensuring the achievement of assigned revenue goals while following corporate guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing business
• Create new customers to maintain targeted revenues
• Autonomously run new business activities and plan customer meetings
• Manage all activities of the sales cycle concerning the assigned clients’ portfolios
• Ensure achievement of assigned revenue goals
• Develop relationships with clients through regular visits
• Collect information on new products/services and commercial initiatives from competitors, reporting clients’ feedback

Minimum Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B Sales
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to engage with clients and guide them through their buying cycle
• Must hold a UAE Driving license
