Position

The Business Execution Analyst will be a pivotal member of the franchise's first line of defense, responsible for driving operational excellence, strengthening the control environment, and ensuring seamless coordination of key governance and regulatory processes. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage multiple priorities, liaise with various stakeholders, and provide critical support to the Business Execution team and senior leadership. The successful candidate will play a key role in upholding the integrity of the franchise's risk and control framework.

Location: Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Governance & Committee Coordination:

    • Drive the preparation and coordination for Country Coordinating Committee (CCC) meetings.
    • Track, monitor, and follow up on all tasks and action items from CCC meetings.
    • Lead the coordination of the annual CCC survey from distribution to data analysis.
    • Maintain and update critical documents and records for the franchise.
  2. Issue & Risk Management:

    • Manage issue data from the management dashboard and ensure timely activation and closure.
    • Provide oversight for all issues and Corrective Action Plans (CAPs).
    • Work closely with business units to secure approvals for issue re-targets.
  3. Control Environment & MCA Program:

    • Actively contribute to strengthening the overall control environment.
    • Analyze Country MCA reports to support effective monitoring of key controls.
    • Focus on reducing overdue Regulatory Changes (RCs) and ensuring timely resolution.
  4. Regulatory Compliance & Engagement:

    • Track, coordinate, and manage all regulatory deliverables to meet deadlines.
    • Maintain the regulatory communication tracker.
    • Support the Independent Compliance Risk Management (ICRM) team with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Desired Skills:

  • Experience in risk management, compliance, audit, business execution, or a control-focused role, preferably within financial services.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail for reviewing materials and maintaining accurate records.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven analytical ability to identify trends and synthesize information into clear reports.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
  • Familiarity with risk management frameworks, issue tracking systems (e.g., ICAPs), and control assessment programs (e.g., MCA) is desirable.
  • A proactive, self-starting individual demonstrating a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English is required.
