Business Finance Manager

About the Role / About the Job
This position is part of the IMEA Market’s Finance team, covering multiple geographies including India, Middle East, Africa, Central Asia, and Pakistan. The Business Finance Manager will act as a strategic and analytical business partner to the Sales and Marketing Teams within the MECAP (Middle East, Central Asia, and Pakistan). The role will provide functional leadership in financial planning and data analytics, driving balanced profitable growth while ensuring financial integrity. Close collaboration with Controllership, IMEA Regional Finance, and Cluster supply chain is essential. Reporting to the Finance Manager for the AMECA Region, this position is pivotal in shaping strategic financial decisions across the business.

• Supporting the cluster sales heads with data and analysis for sound financial decision-making, managing P&L elements, budgets, and driving predictability while achieving business results.
• Providing financial leadership through data-driven analytics, trends, and key insights from a finance perspective to the cluster Sales and Marketing teams.
• Supporting the annual/quarterly financial planning process across categories, accounts, and countries/clusters to accurately reflect business opportunities and risks.
• Tracking and reporting key performance indicators such as Revenue, Margins, Sell Through/Sell Out, Channel Inventory, and operating expenses.
• Maintaining Weekly Sales reporting updates and Tableau dashboard reporting.
• Reviewing deal pricing and supporting discount validations for Consumer and Enterprise Business.
• Performing quarter end close accruals, actuals reporting, post-close reconciliations (Distributor/Retailer incentives, promotions, and marketing activities), and tracking quarterly spending (Soft$ & Marcom).
• Establishing a solid foundation of business operations supported by effective process controls and ensuring adherence to internal policies.
• Proactively sharing and communicating finance matters to relevant stakeholders, both inside and outside of the Business Unit.
• Ensuring high-quality financial overview, reporting, and compliance.
• Leading or supporting in the preparation of management supporting decks and providing guidance to the business on data visualization.

Key Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you should bring the following minimum skills and experiences:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics; CA/CMA/CPA is a plus.
• 5+ years of Commercial Finance or FP&A experience, preferably in the Consumer Electronics, IT, or FMCG industry.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Experience creating dashboards using BI tools (Tableau).
• Ability to drive change and influence business results through data-driven analysis.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter who can work independently.
