We are looking for a Business Insights Manager to join our Strategy, Growth, and Transformation team within one of Construction Industries’ newly formed divisions: Customer Solutions Growth Regions. This role is part of the Customer Solutions team, which drives growth by delivering tailored, territory-specific solutions to solve customer pain points, accelerate decision-making, and enable profitable sales execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead analyses and solution development for key Strategy & Planning engagement modules.
• Work closely with clients to define business problems and planned approaches for engagement components.
• Oversee performance of Strategy & Planning engagement data collection, research, and reporting activities.
• Provide recommended Strategy & Planning solutions and develop client presentations.

Preferred Skills

• Postgraduate qualification preferred.
• Minimum of 8–10 years of professional strategy-related experience.
• Strong preference for candidates with management consulting experience.
• Proven experience working within multinational organizations and across multiple territories.

Basic Skills Required

• Global Perspective: Knowledge of the international marketplace and ability to apply global perspectives.
• Planning: Effective planning techniques for operational, tactical, and strategic planning.
• Consulting: Technical and business guidance expertise for internal and external clients.
• Effective Communications: Capability to adapt communication for different audiences.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify and maintain focus on key success factors.
• Stakeholder Management: Techniques for identifying stakeholders, analyzing their needs, and engaging with them.

Work Conditions: Full-time
Location: Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Travel Requirement: Must be able to travel up to 25% (Domestic & International)
