We are looking for a Business Insights Manager to join our Strategy, Growth, and Transformation team within one of Construction Industries’ newly formed divisions: Customer Solutions Growth Regions. This role is part of the Customer Solutions team, which drives growth by delivering tailored, territory-specific solutions to solve customer pain points, accelerate decision-making, and enable profitable sales execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead analyses and solution development for key Strategy & Planning engagement modules.
- Work closely with clients to define business problems and planned approaches for engagement components.
- Oversee performance of Strategy & Planning engagement data collection, research, and reporting activities.
- Provide recommended Strategy & Planning solutions and develop client presentations.
Preferred Skills
- Postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Minimum of 8–10 years of professional strategy-related experience.
- Strong preference for candidates with management consulting experience.
- Proven experience working within multinational organizations and across multiple territories.
Basic Skills Required
- Global Perspective: Knowledge of the international marketplace and ability to apply global perspectives.
- Planning: Effective planning techniques for operational, tactical, and strategic planning.
- Consulting: Technical and business guidance expertise for internal and external clients.
- Effective Communications: Capability to adapt communication for different audiences.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify and maintain focus on key success factors.
- Stakeholder Management: Techniques for identifying stakeholders, analyzing their needs, and engaging with them.
