Business Integrity Specialist

About the Job
This role involves implementing and monitoring the Business Integrity framework to ensure the organization adheres to ethical, regulatory, and governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement the Business Integrity framework, ensuring alignment with governance standards, regulatory requirements, and ethical business practices.
• Develop and maintain integrity-related policies, procedures, and control mechanisms to reinforce compliance with applicable laws and internal standards.
• Monitor adherence to integrity and compliance requirements, identifying potential gaps and escalating risks to relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct integrity and compliance assessments and audits, supporting the identification of non-compliance areas and tracking corrective actions.
• Collaborate with internal functions and external stakeholders to address regulatory updates and ensure timely incorporation into policies, procedures, and contractual documents.
• Support third-party integrity due diligence and monitoring activities, ensuring vendors and partners adhere to ethical and compliance obligations.
• Promote integrity awareness across the organization through structured training sessions, workshops, and communication initiatives in coordination with relevant departments.
