Key Responsibilities:
- Translate business needs into actionable insights by gathering requirements, creating technical specifications, and developing high-quality reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure data accuracy and reliability through quality assurance checks, data cleansing, and troubleshooting BI models across multiple data sources such as ERP (NAV/SAP), Salesforce, and more.
- Empower users and teams by conducting training, demos, and supporting ERP and web project helpdesk tasks, while managing access rights and report schedules.
- Drive continuous improvement by integrating BI solutions with Dynamics ERP, applying statistical analysis and KPIs, and deepening your understanding of the business model.
Qualifications:
- Educational background in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related IT field.
- Strong communication skills in both verbal and written form.
- 3+ years of technical expertise in database technologies, including SQL scripting, VBA, and Excel modeling; prior experience with BI tools like QlikSense is a plus.
- Preferred experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics or SAP, and familiarity with best practices in data modeling, coding standards, and interface design.
- Analytical mindset with advanced mathematical skills and hands-on experience in multinational environments, supporting data-driven decision-making.
