About the Job:
The company is a French software company founded in 2004, focused on delivering a Self BI Platform that enables users to exploit their data independently. The Business Intelligence Analyst will work full-time on-site in Dubai, supporting clients and internal stakeholders in enhancing the value of the company’s Self BI Platform. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing data models, and developing dashboards and reports to deliver actionable insights. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications, validate data quality, and ensure compliance with governance and security standards. Day-to-day tasks also include using BI tools for data exploration, monitoring the performance of BI solutions, documenting processes, and offering training or guidance to business users. The analyst will also contribute to the ongoing improvement of BI practices and may support pre-sales or implementation activities as required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions.
- Analyze datasets to identify trends and insights that support business objectives.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data processing.
- Work with ETL processes and ensure data quality and governance.
- Document solutions and adhere to BI development best practices.
Technical Requirements:
- Strong SQL skills for querying and validating data.
- Proficiency in BI and data visualization platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience in data modeling and integration from various sources.
- Knowledge of data governance and reporting standards.
- Familiarity with Python for data analysis is an advantage.
Required Experience:
- 3–5 years in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Reporting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing dashboards and analytical solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Certifications in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Data Visualization are considered an advantage.
