As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will work full-time on-site in Dubai, supporting clients and internal stakeholders to maximize the value of the company’s Self BI Platform. Your role includes gathering and analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing data models, and developing dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to translate business needs into technical specifications, validate data quality, ensure compliance with governance and security standards, and provide training to business users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions.
- Analyze datasets to identify trends and insights to support business objectives.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
- Prepare, transform, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Work with ETL processes and data pipelines to support reporting solutions.
- Apply data governance principles and best practices related to data quality and reporting standards.
- Document developed solutions and adhere to Business Intelligence development standards.
Technical Requirements:
- Strong SQL skills for querying and analyzing data.
- Experience with Business Intelligence and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Familiarity with ETL processes and data preparation activities.
- Knowledge of data modeling and creation of relationships between datasets.
- Understanding of data governance and quality concepts.
Required Experience:
- 2-5 years in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Reporting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions.
- Experience with relational databases and structured datasets.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Certifications in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Data Visualization are a plus.
