This role focuses on developing actionable insights to enhance the adoption of digital products and supports the execution of customer adoption campaigns. You will work closely with dealers and customer-facing teams to analyze usage data, gather user requirements, and contribute to the development of new services that align with customer and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze digital product adoption and usage data to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop actionable insights and recommendations to support digital adoption.
- Support customer and dealer adoption campaigns by elaborating on insights and proposed actions.
- Fulfill data and insight requests for senior leaders and consultants, preparing summaries and concise reports.
- Identify and document business and user requirements related to digital product adoption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and regional stakeholders in a matrix organization across EAME.
Qualifications:
Education & Professional Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or comparable qualification in Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Analysis or Consulting, ideally in a regional or multi-country environment.
Technical & Analytical Skills:
- Experience with Python and SQL for analysis.
- Strong business acumen with the capability to connect analysis to business impact.
- Ability to translate analytical findings into actionable insights.
Communication & Stakeholder Management:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey data insights to non-technical audiences.
- Comfortable preparing executive-ready summaries and recommendations.
