Position

Citi Wealth is a premier wealth management organization renowned for delivering top-tier financial services to a discerning clientele. We are seeking a skilled individual to support our Business Intelligence team in product performance metrics reporting and analysis. In this role, you will transform data into strategic insights that guide decision-making across the organization. You will assist in the development and measurement of product performance metrics for the Citi Global Wealth franchise, partnering closely with various teams to deliver metric/KPI reporting and strengthen a data-driven culture.

Location: Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Work Conditions:

  • On-site

  • Hybrid working model (up to 2 days working from home per week)

Responsibilities:

  • Research and interpret information, identify inconsistencies in data, define business issues, and formulate recommendations on policies and procedures.
  • Conduct exploratory and confirmatory data analysis using programming tools such as SQL and Python.
  • Translate data findings into insights for product performance metrics reporting, communicating effectively with business partners and senior leaders.
  • Continuously improve processes by evaluating new data sources, tools, and capabilities.
  • Engage regularly with business partners to understand strategic priorities and propose data-driven solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or other quantitative fields.
  • 2-4 years of relevant banking experience.
  • Strong understanding of statistics, data analysis, and visualization.
  • Ability to multitask and demonstrate organizational skills.
