Our team owns building products for the onsite shopping customer experience (CX) of MENA customers. We are looking for a Business Analyst to quantify the customer funnel, build entitlements, and automate the daily/weekly tracking of shopping events. The leader in this role will be pivotal in product roadmap creation, demonstrating customer advocacy and developing a strong understanding of quantified customer behavior. This position involves collaboration with Product Managers, Tech, and Business teams in MENA and worldwide to establish feature value. The environment is fast-paced and ambiguous, requiring the candidate to work efficiently while also diving deep into analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own shopping funnel entitlements and quantify their contributions to closing entitlement gaps.
- Report on shopping journeys in both Arabic and English for regular stakeholder reviews.
- Analyze the impact of features launched or in testing, leading course correction with Product Managers.
- Innovate to secure access to the right customer event data to evaluate impact, as existing data sources are not standardized.
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in analyzing and interpreting data using Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL, etc.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Quicksight, or similar.
- Experience in data modeling, warehousing, and building ETL pipelines.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis packages such as R, SAS, and Matlab.
- Proficient in SQL to retrieve data from databases or data warehouses and scripting experience in Python for data processing.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AWS solutions like EC2, DynamoDB, S3, and Redshift.
- Background in data mining and using large-scale, complex datasets in a business environment.
Language Requirements:
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English is necessary, as MENA is a dual-language region.
