Business Intelligence Engineer

ROW Supply Chain Analytics team is looking for an innovative, hands-on and customer-obsessed Business Intelligence Engineer. The role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and outstanding technical competencies capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. The Business Intelligence Engineer will bring innovation, a strategic perspective, and a passionate voice, as well as the ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment filled with competitive pressures and operational initiatives. You will work closely with program, product, and technology teams to define and build innovative and delightful experiences for customers. A strong analytical mindset and capability to effectively operate within a matrix organization are essential, along with the ability to dissect complex problems into manageable steps that facilitate rapid product development at the company speed.

Responsibilities

• Converting data into digestible business intelligence and actionable information
• Writing high quality SQL codes to retrieve and analyze data
• Working with large data sets, automating data extraction, and constructing monitoring/reporting dashboards
• Interacting with internal stakeholders to identify and analyze outlier events
• Analyzing and solving business problems with a focus on understanding root causes and driving forward-looking opportunities
• Communicating complex analysis and insights to stakeholders and business leaders, both verbally and in writing
• Enabling effective decision-making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format
• Being open to learning and developing skillsets in the latest technologies and analytical techniques
