Responsibilities
- Reporting: Improve, control, and deliver business reporting and analysis with an emphasis on quality, consistency, operational efficiency, and governance. Streamline reporting processes and leverage automation for greater efficiency.
- Insights: Lead the development and implementation of insights in reports. Analyze data to uncover relevant trends and actionable insights, overseeing the creation of comprehensive reports and dashboards for senior management.
- Performance Management: Oversee the incentive compensation process to align with business goals, ensuring accurate measurement and payouts. Evaluate the effectiveness of incentive programs and ensure compliance with policies.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Business Intelligence / Data Analytics.
- 5+ years in a leadership/strategic/client-facing role.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful BI projects.
- Strong stakeholder management skills capable of handling multiple priorities in time-sensitive situations.
- Expertise in BI tools and technologies (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Python, SAS).
- Strong communication skills for presenting complex data and business metrics to Executives and Senior Leadership.
- Knowledge of visualization best practices and expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
