  Reporting: Enhance business reporting and analysis quality, ensuring accuracy and operational efficiency. Oversee the timely delivery of Business As Usual (BAU) and ad hoc reports, ensuring they meet stakeholder needs. Streamline processes and leverage automation to improve efficiency.

• Insights: Lead the development of actionable insights from data analysis. Design dashboards and reports for senior management, ensuring relevance and utility for decision-making. Implement best practices in data visualization.

• Performance Management: Manage the incentive compensation process, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely payouts. Evaluate the effectiveness of incentive programs and ensure compliance with relevant policies.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in BI/Data Analytics.
• 5+ years in a leadership or strategic client-facing role.
• Proven success in developing and implementing BI projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of BI best practices and technologies, including SQL, Power BI, Python, and SAS.
• Ability to communicate complex data effectively to senior leadership.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
