Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage relationships with existing partners, including banks, card schemes, and third-party providers.
  • Utilize expertise in online payments, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the industry.
  • Maintain and enhance operational procedures for partnerships.
  • Handle operational and business escalations effectively.
  • Negotiate favorable commercial terms to optimize payment costs.
  • Explore and establish new partner channels as directed by product and business teams.
  • Collaborate with teams to improve user experiences with technical providers and financial institutions.
  • Enhance merchant compliance with KYC and banking requirements and streamline onboarding processes.
  • Organize and conduct workshops and training sessions with partners.
  • Work with the legal team to refine partnership agreements and expedite negotiations.
  • Recruit and train third-party technical providers for integration with enterprise merchants.
  • Schedule regular reviews with partner channels to assess progress.
  • Recommend automation and customizable solutions to replace manual procedures.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Over 3 years of experience in business development and partnership management.
  • Proven experience in negotiating and executing business agreements.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Proficiency in sales CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Strong skills in managing a sales pipeline.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to interpret data to make informed business recommendations.
  • Previous experience in online advertising or high-tech products/services is advantageous.

Language Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
