Key Responsibilities:
- Report Design & Development: Create interactive, complex reports using Crystal Reports Designer.
- Requirement Gathering: Translate business needs into technical specifications.
- BO Administration: Use Central Management Console (CMC) to schedule and manage reports.
- Data Handling: Write and optimize SQL queries and manage data connections.
- Universe Design: Develop and maintain Universes (IDT/UDT).
- Testing & Support: Perform unit and system testing; troubleshoot reporting issues.
- System Optimization: Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues.
- Support & Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support for system stability.
- Documentation: Maintain clear technical documentation.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Operational Excellence:
- Ensure systems are available with high-performance levels and no business impact.
- Deliver IT projects within budget and timeline.
- Support information requests and maintain vendor service quality.
Communication:
- Attend team meetings and ensure timely communication.
- Prepare and submit task status reports.
Information Security:
- Adhere to security policies and report risks to maintain a risk-free environment.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years in BO Crystal report development.
- Expertise: Mastery in Crystal Reports versions 2013/2016/2020 and SAP Business Objects.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and database knowledge (Oracle, SQL Server, SAP HANA).
- Tools Familiarity: Experience with Business Objects Enterprise, Web Intelligence, and ETL tools.
- Data Modeling: Expertise in dimensional modeling techniques.
- Previous Experience: Familiarity with the banking sector within IT focusing on digital channels.
